Add yearly spend to an organization
Suppliers are often categorized by yearly spend. This information is useful to determine if the organization is a major or minor supplier within your value chain.
Yearly spend is set in the Data Collector Overview in the menu to the right of the organization by clicking Set yearly spend:
Insert the yearly spend and hit Create. The organization's yearly spend will now be visible under the organization name in the Data Collector Overview.
Add a Custom ID
It is common that organizations within a companies Data Collector have some sort of unique identifier, for example a supplier ID used in the internal business system. To make it easier to recognize the organizations in the Worldfavor Data Collector, you have the option to give them a custom ID.
Custom IDs are set in the Data Collector Overview by clicking Set custom ID in the menu to the right of the organization:
Insert the custom ID and hit Create.
The custom ID will now be visible under the organization in the Data Collector Overview:
Hint: You can now easily find the organization by searching for the custom ID in the Data Collector Overview.
