Overview

How the Data Collector Overview is structured

The Overview page in Data Collector consists of three main areas:

  • The Navigation panel 

  • The Organization list

  • The Statistics sidebar

Navigation panel 

The navigation panel is where you can pinpoint organizations within your Data Collector. 

Use this field to search for organization names, registration numbers, VAT-numbers, and/or custom ID's.

Filtering on categorizations

Categories are divided into different groups that can be found in the filter bar below the search field. Clicking on a category hides all organizations that don't have that specific category assigned to them.

Clicking on two (or more) categories within the same group shows the results of both those categories combined. I.e.:

  • Clicking on Category 1 only shows organizations within that category

  • Clicking on Category 2 only shows organizations within that category

  • Clicking on both Category 1 and 2 shows organizations that has any of those categories assigned to them.


Clicking on two (or more) categories from different groups shows organizations that has both of those categories assigned to them. I.e:

  • Clicking on Category 1 only shows organizations within that category

  • Clicking on Group 1 - Category 2 only shows organizations within that category

  • Clicking on both Category 1 and Group 1 - Category 2 shows organizations that has both of these categories assigned to them.

You can also exclude a category by clicking the red hide icon that appears if you hoover your mouse over a category. In that way you will filter on all organizations that do not have that category assigned to them. Remember that you should not select any other category within the same group if you choose this option.

Organization list

This is where you see all of the organizations within your Data Collector. Each organization is represented by a row and can contain the following information:

  • Organization Name

  • Registration number

  • VAT number

  • Spend

  • Custom ID

  • Contact person/s

  • Categories

  • Assigned requirement package/s

Statistics sidebar

Here you'll find useful information about organzations within your Data Collector. The whole area is always updated to reflect the filtering made in the Navigation

Organization count

See how many organizations you are looking at. Without doing any filtering in the Navigation you will see the total amount of organizations within your Data Collector.

You are also able to see how many of those organizations that require action from you.

2nd tier organization count

If you are assessing organizations within your extended Data Collector you will also be able to see the total amount of 2nd tier organizations.

Map of organizations

When organizations join the platform, they have the option of adding a location. These locations are displayed for you in your Data Collector overview.

Requirement package statistics

Every different requirement package you send to organizations within your supply chain are represented in this area as a box with a graph. The graph show the amount of organizations that meets the requirements in your requirement package/s.

Notifications

This is the event log for your Data Collector. Here you can see the most recent events carried out by users in the organizations that you are connected to. You can click the See all notifications button in order to monitor and search for all events in your Data Collector
