How to add and delete users to your organization's account

To collaborate with your colleagues within the platform, you can easily add additional users to your account by following the steps provided below. Also, there are no limits to the number of users you can invite, so let's get started and invite your colleagues to join your team!

How to add new users to your organization account

To modify your user settings, simply click on your name located in the top right corner of your screen, and select "Users" from the dropdown menu.


After selecting "Users" from the dropdown menu, you will be directed to a page that displays an overview of all the users with access to your organization's account within Worldfavor.

To add a new user to your organization's account, simply click on the blue "Create new user" button located to the right of the search field.

To add a new user to your organization's account, fill in the required information fields and ensure that the correct email address has been entered.

Once completed, click on the "Create" button to add the new user to the list.

To invite the newly created user, locate their name on the list and click on the orange "Send invite email" button located next to their name.

If you want to send an invitation to a user who already exists within your organization's account, click on the dotted button (...) located to the right of the user's name.

Then select "Send Invite Email" from the dropdown menu. An email editor will appear, allowing you to preview and edit the invitation email before sending it.

Delete a user with access to your organization

To remove a user, press the dotted button to the right of the user you want to delete and choose Remove from organization. As you confirm, the user will no longer be able to login to your organization's account.

If you want to remove a user who has access to your organization's account, first, click on the dotted button (...) located to the right of the user's name. Then, select "Remove from organization" from the dropdown menu.

Once you confirm the action, the user will no longer be able to access your organization's account.
