To collaborate with your colleagues in the platform, you can easily add additional users to your account by accessing the Users page. To get there, open the Account menu by clicking on your name in the top right corner.
There are no limits to the number of users you can invite, so let's get started and invite your colleagues to join your team!
Create a new user
To access the Users page, click on your name in the top right corner to open the Account menu. From there, you can easily navigate to the Users page and start managing your account.
Here, you can view all users who currently have access to your organization account. Then, click the "Create new user" button to add a new user.
Add the necessary information in the form and click Create when you are done.
The user has been added, but an invitation still needs to be sent. This is because you might want to edit the user permissions before you send an invite. When you have set the appropriate user permissions, it's time to send the invitation.Β
To invite the new user, press the orange button Send invite email, which will appear next to the user you added:
On this page, you can see a list of all the users who have access to your organization's account. To add a new user, complete the required fields in the form and click "Create new user".
Note that as you might want to edit the user's permissions first, the user has now been added, but no invitation will be sent at this point.

Once the permissions are set, you can send an invitation by clicking the "Send invite email" button located next to the new user's name. This will allow the new user to access your organization's account.
Invite existing users
To send invitations to a user that already exists, (this is indicated by the note "Activated" followed by the green dot), press the dotted button to the right of the user and choose to Send Invite email. An email editor will appear where you can preview and edit the email before sending it.
If a user has already been activated and exists, this will be indicated by an "Activated" note next to a green dot; you can send an invitation by clicking the dotted button to the right of the user and selecting "Send Invite email."

You can then preview and edit the email in the email editor before sending it.
