What is the difference between a user and a contributor?
A user within your account has the possibility to access and report within the account. However, they do not receive any emails or notifications.
A contributor can be seen as a user with extended contributions. They will receive emails and notifications, e.g. invitation emails and reminders.
How to add a new contributor to the account
Open the Network you are reporting to.
In the top right corner, you can find an overview of the existing contributors. To add a new contributor, click the adding button (see screenshot).
On a pop-up page, you can find an overview of the existing users within the platform. Choose the users you want to add as a contributor by selecting them from the list. Click save to retain your selection.
Once you have selected the users, they will be contributors and receive emails and notifications.
