To access your reporting account, please contact the organization you are reporting to and request to be added as a contact person. Once added, you will receive an invitation email for your first login, which will enable you to access your account.
If you have a colleague who already has access to the platform, they can also invite you. In that case, please send them this link to our help center if they need instructions on how to do so.

To change contact person, we kindly ask you to contact the organisation that sent you the invitation email instead. They can help you with that.

If you click on the three dots on the right side of the answer, you can delete incorrect data if you have entered such. This is only possible if the organization that you're reporting to allows data to be deleted.
If not, simply answer the question again by entering the correct value. The new answer will override the older answer.

If you get an error when trying to upload a file to the questionnaire, please try refreshing the page you're on and then try again. Most of the times, this will solve the problem.

You can reset your password by navigating to the log-in page and click on "Don't remember your password?". Type in your email and you will receive a link to your inbox. If you have not received the link, please check you spam and junk folder.

How do I invite colleagues to the platform?
To collaborate with your colleagues in the platform, you can easily add additional users to your organization by accessing the Users page. To get there, open the account settings by clicking on your name in the top right corner.

If everything is green-marked and fulfilled in the questionnaire when it is opened, you have answered it correctly. The reason why it sometimes shows unfulfilled in the overview is because this is controlled by a synchronization that is done by the organization that you report to regularly.
In other words: the progress bar inside the form is updated in real time, but the status in the overview is updated a few times a week.
