The Information Repository can simply be described as your data storage inside Worldfavor. The Information Repository holds all of the information you add while documenting your work throughout all the ISO Standards, Guidelines, Custom Frameworks, etc.
You will find the Information Repository in your Organization settings, which you access by clicking your name in the top right corner:
The Different Types of Information
Depending on what information you add into Worldfavor, it will be stored in different places. Following is a brief introduction to the different types of information available for you to use and reuse in the platform:
Activities let you describe something you have done, are currently doing or planning to do in the future. You can add a header, description and an image. You can also specify start and finish dates and attach information related to the activity.
Measured data
Documents can be added and stored directly into the platform. Choose a descriptive title so that the files you add are easy to find and reuse.
Comments will let you add a free text answer anywhere you want to.
Answers to Questions
Media is useful if you want to add media content, e.g. videos, from external sites.
Links to external sites can be added. Remember to give the link a relevant name.
Certificates enables documents to be uploaded with validity dates and issuer.
Adding and Editing Information
All the types of information that you can add manually into the Information Repository is created and edited in the same way.
For example, if you want to create a new activity, simply click the blue Create new activity button. The same applies for all other information types.
If you want to edit or delete any information, click the menu button to the right of the object and choose your action.
