Before you activate automatic invitations and reminders in your Data Collector, you might want to perform a test dispatch in order to review the emails and requirements packages that will be sent.
How it is done
First of all, you would want to create a test organization in your Data Collector that you give yourself access to. If you want to freshen up your memory on how this is done, read this article on how to add a new organization to your Data Collector and this on how you add a contact person to that organization.
Name the organization [Company name] test [organization type] #1, and give it a mock-up Registration or VAT number.
Example: Worldfavor test supplier #1.
Give the organization a mock-up Registration or VAT number; unique identifiers can be created using this link.
Feel free to create as many test organizations that you like, just remember to add yourself as contact person for these organizations!
Assign the requirement package/s that you would like to review to your test organization/s. Read this article on how this is done, and make sure that you add todays date as activation date for the requirement package/s.
Now you will recieve an email from the system that shows you how the email will look for the recipients in your Data Collector. You will also be able to access the test organization/s by changing the organization to your test organization/s account. Read this article on how to change organization.
Within the test organization/s you can open up the requirement package/s and review the content and try out to answer the information requests that it contains. This article can come in handy on how to respond to information requests.
