Export results of a requirement package

How to export data in a requirement package to excel

Individual requirement packages are usually sent to a group of organizations.
When multiple organizations have responded to a requirement package, the aggregated data can be viewed by clicking detailed results in the sidebar in Data Collector.


Export all data in a requirement package

Click on the requirement package that you want to export in the sidebar:

In the top of the popup window that appears you can see a button in the top right corner that says Export all reported data.
This button will let you export all collected data to a .csv file (a file that can be opened in excel).

When clicking Export all reported data you are presented with multiple settings for how you want your .csv file to be formatted, and what information you want to include in your export:

Press Download CSV when you're done and the file will be downloaded to your computer.

⚠️ If your export looks strange, you might want to play around with the Field separator and Decimal separator setting, since this determines whether you will get columns in your file (or not) when opening the CSV in excel.

Tip: we suggest you to choose "Semicolon" as a Field separator and "Comma" as a Decimal separator.

Export and view specific data in a requirement package

Below the filter bar you find the content of the requirement package sorted by category. All objects below each category include meta data on the results for that object along with a downfacing arrow button to the right; click the button to expand the object in order to see detailed results.

The graph that appears shows how the aggregated data attached to that object has changed over time. You can choose to view the graph as a line-, bar- or stacked bar graph. The aggregated data for the object is also possible to export to a .csv-file (comma separated text file that can be opened in excel) using the Export button below the graph. 

Beneath the graph you can also see individual answers attached to the object. You can change the view of the individual answers using the pancake and grid icon to the right.

The pancake icon lists all answers in chronological order while the grid icon gives you an excel sheet like view, where you can also filter data using the text fields in top row.
