Export your reported data

Learn how to export your reported data

When reporting data to one of your stakeholders, you have the option to download the data as a CSV file. To do so, please follow the below steps: 

Download your reported data as a CSV file

Step 1

Navigate to the questionnaire you would like to export. Click on the button "Export all reported data" in the top-right corner.

Step 2

You will see a pop-up bar indicating that the export is being processed. Once complete, you'll have the option to select which data points to export.

At the top, you will find three different options:

  • Only export latest data

  • Convert measurements

  • Include categorizations

On the left side, you can view the available columns and which ones to export.

On the right side, you can adjust settings for the export such as field separator, decimal separator, text delimiter, and include seconds.

⚠️ If your export looks strange, you might want to play around with the Field separator and Decimal separator setting, since this determines whether you will get columns in your file (or not) when opening the CSV in excel. We suggest you to choose "Semicolon" as a Field separator and "Comma" as a Decimal separator.

Step 3

To export your reported data, click the blue Download CSV button, located in the bottom right corner of the pop-up page.

Download graphs 

You can also download graphs of your reported data. To do so, turn off reporting mode and click on the graph you'd like to download.
