Learn how to manage the content you add into Worldfavor

All of the questions, measures, custom frameworks and attachers you add into Worldfavor will be stored as Content in your Organization settings. This will allow you to reuse content for several requirement packages without risk of losing historical data, i.e. the answers that has already been provided by reporting units in other requirement packages.

To access your Content, go to the Organization settings page by clicking on your name in the top right corner:

Different Types of Content

  • Your Questions are used for collecting qualitative data utilizing a set of predefined answering options.

  • Your Measures are used to collect quantitative data that can be measured over time.ย 

  • Relative Measures are similar to the measures you add but involve several calculation steps.ย 

  • Custom Frameworks is a tool that let you create your own frameworks inside the platform.

  • Attachers are the questions used to collect files, enabling a document to be uploaded.

Adding and Editing Content

All of the content you add into your requirement packages will be stored under Content in your Organization settings, but you can also add and edit content directly in the Content page.

To do this, enter one of the Content pages (e.g. Your Questions) and click on the Create new button to the right of the search field on top of the page. Choose a title and/or a description and hit Create. The question will now appear as an option when you are adding content into your requirement packages.

To edit your content, click on the menu botton to the right of the object and select Edit.ย 

Hint: Before you add new content, make sure to use the search field on top of the Content pages to not make duplicates. Duplicates might affect the quality of the data you collect.
